Subject: Submission of the Proposal on the tentative plan for “Job Fair”

With a pleasure, I would like to submit the proposal on tentative plan for job fair as the
first initiative taken by business club, FBS.

This proposal will give a glance to the authority regarding the expected date, venue and
time schedule of job fair. We also tried to focus on different segment of tasks and
associated costs which are the basic elements for arranging the whole program. We tried
our level best to expose all information what we believe to be needed in this regard.
Moreover, this proposal requires valuable suggestions, necessary corrections and
exclusion and inclusion of any items.

I hope that this proposal will aid in making the correct decision in arranging the job fair.
