    Petitioners were terminated by Cottonway due to business losses. Petitioners filed a complaint with the
    NLRC for illegal dismissal, underpayment of salary, non-payment of premium pay for rest day, service
    incentive leave and 13th month pay against the company.

    LA: retrenchment valid, ordered Cottonway to pay petitioners separation pay and 13 th month pay. On
    appeal, NLRC ordered reinstatement of pets without loss of seniority rights and other privileges. It also
    ordered Cottonway to pay pets their proportionate 13 th month
