particularly at the laboratory as medical technologist.

I am Celeste Bantiles, 26 years old and a bonafide resident

of Villanueva Subdivision, Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte. I
graduated Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at Misamis
University in the year 2004. I have worked as a probationary
Medical Technologist at the Rural Health Unit in Kapatagan,
Lanao del Norte in the year 2005.
