    The right and left nasal bones appear normal.

    The nasal septum appears deviated to the left with an ipsilateral spur. The right
    middle
    nasal turbinate is not well visualised.
    The maxillary & frontal sinuses are clear. The ethmoid air cells and sphenoid
    sinuses
    are unremarkable.
    Bilateral zygomatic arches, mandibular cortices and condylar heads are normal.
    The maxillary alveolus and hard palate visualised on the occlusal view are
    unremarkable.
