Significant Lead Over Donovan

NEW YORK -- Eric Schneiderman today reported having raised over $6 million during the length
of his Attorney General campaign and roughly $1.3 million during the most recent filing period,
and has over $1.2 million on hand. Schneiderman will have significant resources to spend
as the final week approaches and Dan Donovan attempts to chip away at Schneiderman's
significant lead in the polls.

"We are humbled by the overwhelming show of support Eric's campaign for reform is seeing
from supporters in every corner of the state, from Buffalo to Brookhaven," said Schneiderman
campaign spokesman James Freedland. "As Election Day approaches, Eric's positive
message of fighting crime and corruption wherever it occurs - whether on Wall Street, in Albany,
