 Are you the only parent who has been required to provide proof
of income? And is your judgment based on a verbal income from
the other parent?
 Have you been laid off/fired/unemployed and a “computer
generated program” was used to calculate an ability to pay and
used to determine your support order?
 Has DCSS intentionally withheld pertinent information from the
court in order to obtain an inflated judgment?
 When DCSS obtained the initial judgment against you, did it
include several months or years of arrears? Did the arrears show
up weeks after court without prior notice?
 Have you been told by DCSS that children [yours] not receiving
public assistance are not recognized by the State?

If you have had any of the above issues, or any other issues where
fraud or discrimination may be involved~ please contact me. I am
starting a group to address the violation of fathers/taxpayers
rights by the DCSS of Madera as well as throughout California.
