Dear Rose-Marie and Tony,

I have been to South Oxfordshire Council Today to take all the relevant documents for Phil’s Housing
Benefit application form.

They’ve asked you to fill in the enclosed form. Please return it back to me so I can take it there when
going again.

Also the Interviewing Officer: Denise Barratt had a look over the statements and asked where the
£7342.74 sum on the March statement comes from. She wants proof. This is to be provided by 27
June 2010 otherwise the claim will be cancelled.

Please send it to me as soon as you can so we can get this thing sorted.
