    Citect does not supply a driver for the coalscan products with V6.10.

    To add this driver to a citect install do the following:


    1. Copy Cscan.dll and Cscan.dbf from
    \\Iacsvr001\Jobs\Mt Arthur (General)\Documentation\Supplier Data\CoalScan
    to
    the citect bin directory of the install you want to add it to.
    If these files already exist there and the ones you are copying in are newer
    then move the existing ones to an archive directry.
    2. Register the Cscan.dll file in windows using RegSvr32 Cscan.dll.
    3. Using MSAccess link external tables to the ProtDir.dbf s from both the cscan
    directory \\Iacsvr001\Jobs\Mt Arthur (General)\Documentation\Supplier
    Data\CoalScan\ and the installed citect bin directory as version IV dbfs.
    4. Copy the Cscan entry from the cscan protdir and append it to the bin protdir
    table.
    5. Close MSAccess
    6. Test the Cscan driver config by compiling either the generic coalscan project
    (see \\Iacsvr001\Jobs\Mt Arthur (General)\Documentation\Supplier
    Data\CoalScan\CITECT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.doc) or the
    MAC projects which reference it.
    7. If it doesn’t work then you start scratching your head…….
