‫ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ‪ :‬ﺃﻧﻪ ﻻ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﺑﺘﺪﺍﺀ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻓﻠﺔ ﻭﻟﻮ ﻓﺎﺗﺘﻪ ﺍﳉﻤﺎﻋﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻈﻬﺮ ﺃﻥ ﻗﻮﻟﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪» :‬ﻻ ﺻﻼﺓ« ﺍﳌﺮﺍﺩ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺑﺘﺪﺍﺅﻫﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻧﻪ‬
‫ﻳﺤﺮﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﺘﺪﺉ ﻧﺎﻓﻠﺔ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ‪ ،‬ﺃﻱ‪ :‬ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ؛ ﻷﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺗﻌﲔ ﳌﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﻡ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﺈﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻧﺎﻓﻠﺔ ﺃﲤﻬﺎ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺨﺸﻰ ﻓﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﳉﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﻓﻴﻘﻄﻌﻬﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻧﺮﻯ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﺴﺄﻟﺔ‪ :‬ﺃﻧﻚ ﺇﻥ ﻛﻨﺖ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻛﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻓﺄﲤﻬﺎ ﺧﻔﻴﻔﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﻥ‬
‫ﻛﻨﺖ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻛﻌﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻰ ﻓﺎﻗﻄﻌﻬﺎ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﻣﺴﺘﻨﺪﻧﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻗﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪» :‬ﻣﻦ ﺃﺩﺭﻙ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ‬
‫ﻓﻘﺪ ﺃﺩﺭﻙ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ«‪) ،‬ﻣﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻫﺮﻳﺮﺓ( ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ‬
‫ﻗﺒﻞ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻘﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﺩﺭﻙ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺳﺎﳌﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻫﻮ‬
‫ﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ‪ ،‬ﻓﻴﻜﻮﻥ ﻗﺪ ﺃﺩﺭﻙ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺑﺈﺩﺭﺍﻛﻪ ﺍﻟﺮﻛﻌﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﻲ ﻓﻠﻴﺘﻤﻬﺎ ﺧﻔﻴﻔﺔ‪،‬‬
