Following is the schedule for the Orientation Programme for the B.Tech, Dual
Degree and M. Tech elective subjects to be offered in the Odd Semester of 2010-
11

• All students must be present during the Orientation Programmes of the

parent Deptt. as also of other Deptts. to ensure that they have the full
knowledge before exercising their choices.

• Students must go through the pre-registration schedule, guidelines and

curricula at any of the following places:
(a) Notice Boards
(b) SM Folder in the fileserver (Notices from Registrar).
(c) Website

• Students may collect the curricula document from the Registry if needed
before discussing their cases with the counselor / HODs or pre-registering
themselves.

• Failure to pre-register shall lead to following:

o Pay a fine of Rs. 1000/- for delay upto maximum of 7 days.
o Face the disciplinary process in addition to fine in case delay beyond 7 days.
o Debarred from next semester.
