Dear Business Managing Director,

It is with great sadness that I am hereby tendering my resignation as Stockist.

With lengthy consideration on my current living arrangement, time allocation and with my
family wellbeing foremost in my priority especially with the birth of my baby daughter on the
24th September 2009, I honestly may not be able to fully concentrate or putting in enough effort
to achieve the targets as stated in the contract.

I truly appreciate the opportunity given to me to join as Stockist and very much treasured the
experience. I offer my best wishes for your good company continuous success.
