AMENITIES GIVEN TO THE GUEST ON ARRIVAL

Arthi Tikka Garlanding Welcome For The Guest :

Need : To give the guest a warm welcome , highlighting the Indian tradition and also to make them
feel that they are so special for us .

Amenities required : round tray to set the things, flowers to arrange the tray, Oil lamp , oil , cotton
threads , match box ,Garlands required for garlanding ( *garlands are either natural or artificial
one’s like shell garlands etc ).

Source Of Amenities : Round tray ,oil lamp will be ordered once and must be kept as an acet to
front office . oil , cotton threads ,match box etc should be indented from stores, flowers for
garlanding & tray arrangement should be ordered in coordination with house keeping .

Cold / Hot Towels:

Need : To make the guest feel refreshed , to make them more relaxed and to make them
understand that how much we are concerned about them .

Amenities Required : Fresh Towels , UD colon , tray to serve the cold towel ( *a banana leaf cut in
the shape of the tray is kept and the towels are kept on top of that will make this service more
traditional ), tongs to serve the towels , storage facility for the same depending on the climate( * for
cold towels refrigerator & for hot towels the space to keep that )

Source Of Amenities : Refrigerator ,Trays & tongs will be ordered once and must be kept as an acet
to front office. Banana leaf can be arranged from kitchen , cold towels Dipped in colon can be
arranged with the help of house keeping .
