    THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE 2011 (0-1 years

    of experience)

    2 year fulltime AICTE-approved management program


    No DROP YEAR in the course of education (1 year break for entrance preparations is
    granted)
    60% ( first class) or above in SSC, HSC, Graduation & Post Graduation
    NO re-attempt allowed in Graduation & Post Graduation (Even candidates who
    have cleared the re-attempt are NOT eligible)
    Maximum of 4 re-attempts* allowed for engineering graduates in the first 6
    semesters of their engineering. NO re-attempts* allowed for engineering graduates
    in the 7th and 8th semester of their engineering.
    Age limit 26 years as on 1st July 2011 at the time of joining

    *If a candidate has cleared 2 backlogs in 2 attempts each in the first 6 semesters of engg,
    then he/she has 4 re-attempts in the course of engineering.
