First activity of this week is the happening activity.

Apart from its all of the useful aspects, it

enables students to actively participate in learning process and they cooperate withöand observe
each other very well in this activity.By using this activity, an ELT teacher may teach “there is,there
are,” “wh- questions” “Present continuous tense” “these,those,this,that” and so many units of
English grammar like them. It can be both used for creating a warm classroom atmosphere and for
letting the students cooperate with each other.And also it can be used to teach various subjects.
When I become a teacher, I will use this activity in my lessons effectively

Smurfs activity,on the other hand, requires some patience and feeling of doing something
together.It enables creativity. I think this activity is used to show how important is the classroom
space and even in the large spaces we can feel limited and make use of even limited classroom
spaces. It can be used for teaching various subjects like present cont. tense, how many/ how much,
there is/there are, personality, physical appearences…etc. It is also useful in that it gives students the
feeling of following the other and having some fun.
