    Run “Activate CRM” icon from your desktop OR Click Start, Run and type “control keymgr.

    dll”:

    Click Add, and put the following information. Please note that replace “ZHUD” with your own user ID.

    Click OK and back to the previous screen. Click Close.

    Try http://CRM09/ on the machine. If it works, then lunch the CRM client for outlook.
