I/We hereby confirm that I/we do not have the proof of business existence for
the said firm required for opening current account with your bank in line with “Know
Your Customer” requirement of the bank.

I/We further confirm that if the said proof existence is not submitted to the
satisfaction of the bank, within 60 days from the date of account opening, the bank
shall be have full right to close the account without any further notice.

I/we hereby agree and undertake to hole harmless and keep IDBI Bank fully
indemnified against claims and damages, which may be made in respect hereof by
reason of IDBI Bank relying and acting on this declaration.

I/We shall be fully liable to make good all such losses in case it is established
that we are not the true beneficiaries of the cheques deposited in our account.
