RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS

 This project will need learning/teaching devices such as visual aids, activity
sheets, arts and crafts supplies, and other helpful materials.
 Venue (Day Care Center) and facilities are the primary need for the activity which
is already present in the barangay, Holy Spirit.
 Itam Star will create the necessary materials for every session. Supplies such as
cartolina, pen, marker, bond paper, masking tape and others will be financed
through the support of possible partners and donors.
 Other resources for the project will be catered by the barangay, DSWD, and the
Local Government Unit.
 Itam Star’s main role in the project was to provide facilitators and teaching aids in
Zebra Day Care Center.

MECHANICS

 Itam Star will coordinate with the Barangay chairman and representatives for the
area survey, assessment of the needs and consultation, to have a proper
understanding of its existing program and to decide how the Itam Star team can
lend a hand to the community.
 The team will discuss and evaluate the gathered data and start constructing the
project proposal.
 Project proposal planning and development will be discussed by the team after
gathering all the data needed.
 The tasks for the project implementation will be distributed to all the persons in
the team.
 Needed resources and funds will be raised by tapping possible partners and
donors such as the barangay’s LGU, NGO’s, foundations, etc.
 Barangay Day Care worker will be closely coordinated in preparation for the
classes specifically on the following concerns – scheduled lesson for the period,
possible strategies in facilitating and teaching the toddlers, and possible
problems which they may encounter during the project implementation.
 Itam Star will prepare the materials for the following sessions before proceeding
to the center to ensure that the activities will turn out fine.
 Itam Star will have short gathering after every session to evaluate the result of
the day’s activity and to improve what should be improved for the next meeting.
