How to make homemade wine:

What you need:

3 cans of frozen grape juice from concentrate

1/2 cup of sugar

An empty 1 gallon container

A balloon

Tap water

A pin

1 packet of regular or wine yeast

A funnel

1. Pour all 3 cans of juice into the gallon container, and add 6 can fulls of water(use the

funnel). Once everything is added, shake rigorously to aerate the mixture

2. Pour the sugar in, again use the funnel for this. Once it's in, shake rigorously until the

sugar is dissolved into the mixture.

3. Prepare the yeast how it is specified on the packet. If you have wine yeast, the flavor of

the wine will be much better. Once prepared, add 2 spoonfuls of sugar. Add to the mixture and

again, shake.

4. Take your pin and poke about 5 holes in the top of the balloon. Then put the balloon on

the top of your container and push it in.

5. Your balloon should start to inflate within 24 hours. If it doesn't, you messes up

somewhere.
After 2 weeks, the balloon will deflate noticeably. This is when you can drink it. Replace

the balloon with the gallon cap. If you don't intend to drink it right away, keep it in a refrigerator.

To improve taste, let it sit in the refrigerator for another two months.

This will yield about 2 bottles of wine.
