LOD Responsibilities

LOD is responsible for the total operation of the building and is in charge of running all
aspects of the building that include but are not limited to: giving guest service, zone,
instocks, merchandising, go-backs, caf pulls, clearance, ptm batches and pulls, backroom
management, safety, parking lot conditions and brand, team member assignments and
follow up, signing, price management, front lane management. LOD is also responsible
for responding to any situation that may arise which includes but not limited to: guest
complaints, team member or guest incidents, emergencies, call buttons, message board
follow up, schedule changes, call-outs, vendor management, performance management,
and walking visits with district, regional, and corporate support partners.

ETL-Operations Responsibilities

ETL-Ops is responsible for executing their core roles. The core roles for ETL-Ops
include:

Weekly Responsibilities

Monday – Payroll Forecast, Payroll Review of previous week, time off requests,
availability requests, ETL Mtg. prep, ETL Mtg.

Tuesday – DTK review of Price Accuracy, report generation and analysis

Wednesday – KPM review, Closing LOD

Thursday – OFF

Friday – Safety reports – update message board, TL meeting, order supplies, ETL
statuses, PATL status, MIR follow up

Monthly Responsibilities

Safety Meeting, SCCR review, expense recap review, High Risk review, TL status, OT
management,

Expectations of Laura
My expectations are pretty simple. I expect to be treated with fairness and consistency. I
expect to be challenged and given feedback based on performance, positive or
constructive.
