In our sport in order for our wrestlers and club to develop and improve we need to compete in tournaments/matches to gain
the valuable mat time/experience that they provide. I recognize there is a cost to the parents associated with the travel
required to attend these events, so we will always be looking for opportunities to lessen that burden through car
pooling/organized team travel and fundraising opportunities. For all dates listed as Team Events wrestlers from the Advanced
Group will be expected to attend (Individual conflicts should be discussed with the STC Director ahead of time), all wrestlers are
encouraged and welcome to attend these events as well. The STC will also field a dual team that will compete on various dates,
including the Lower State and State dual tournaments. Positions on this team will be open to wrestle offs and will also require
participation in both the Dixie Nationals and the Spartan Challenge/ Georgia Grind trip (Individual conflicts should be discussed
with the STC Director ahead of time). The Team Dual schedule will be released once it has been finalized. Please feel free to
