CONCLUSION
The ‘open learning’ concept of studying is more focus on the
learners rather than the teachers or lecturers. The teachers or lecturer’s
role in this way of studying are more to be a guider. This is because the
learners can make his or her own choice in many aspects such as:

 medium or media,
 place of study
 whether closely paced or unstructured
 support mechanisms
 entry and exit points.
