Unit Summary

In this unit, students will take an in-depth look at plants. In


order for this study to be meaningful, we will begin by
asking the students what it is they want to know about
plants and what they already know about plants to make
connections. Once that is established, we will begin our
investigation. Throughout the unit we will be growing
plants and measuring the effects of sunlight, water, and
other variables.
