POWER OF ATTORNEY

Cristina Costa Gomes, lawyers with Office in Mozambique, at Rua da Frente de Libertação
de Moçambique, n.º 224, Maputo, with power of Substitution to, on behalf of MOJIDAN
COMPANY, LTD, be my/our lawful Attorneys and Agents in my/our name, place and stead,
to buy at a price corresponding to its nominal value, two corporate shares, one with nominal
value 3.692,00 Mt (three millions, six hundred and ninety two thousand Meticals), equivalent
to USD$143.000,00 (one hundred and forty two thousand American Dollars), held by
shareholder António Acevinkumar Chotalal Nathooram, and another with the nominal value
988.000,00 Mt (nine hundred , eighty eight thousand Meticals), equivalent to USD$38.000,00
(thirty eight thousand American Dollars), held by shareholder Sandya Mahendrarai Dolatrai
Acevinkumar, both in the sharecapital of the FAZENDA MINHEMBETI, LIMITADA, a
Mozambican company registered at the Commercial Registry Department of Maputo, under
number ten thousand, four hundred fifty five, sheets seventy three, book “C” dash twenty five,
dated sixth of November, nineteen ninety seven, execute the respective public deed or
particular corporate share transmission agreement, apply for all registrations and necessary
annulments, execute and sign all the acts and documents required; and generally, for effecting
the purposes as aforesaid, to do or cause to be done whatsoever shall be requisite, as fully and
effectually, for all intents and purposes, as I/we might or could do if personally present and
acting herein - hereby ratifying, allowing and confirming and promising and agreeing to
ratify, allow and confirm all and whatsoever my/our said Attorney(s) and Agent(s) shall
lawfully do, or cause to be done, by virtue of these presents.
