Re: Criteria for 1st and 2nd Honors

Please take note of the new criteria for the First Honor and Second Honor awards.
The new criteria will be implemented starting next school year 2010-2011.

GRADE SCHOOL:
1. A student can receive a first honor certificate at the end of each quarter if:
¾ the average of his quarterly grade in all subjects is at least a 97;
¾ his quarterly grade in all the subjects, including the component subjects, is at
least an 85.

2. A student can receive a second honor certificate at the end of each quarter if:
¾ the average of his quarterly grade in all subjects is at least a 95;
¾ his quarterly grade in all the subjects, including the component subjects, is at
least an 85.

HIGH SCHOOL:
1. A student can receive a first honor certificate at the end of each quarter if:
¾ the average of his quarterly grade in all subjects is at least a 95;
¾ his quarterly grade in all the subjects, including the component subjects, is at
least an 85.

2. A student can receive a second honor certificate at the end of each quarter if:
¾ the average of his quarterly grade in all subjects is at least a 92;
¾ his quarterly grade in all the subjects, including the component subjects, is at
least an 85.
