Procedures for filing Pro-Se Uncontested Divorces

All Pro-Se uncontested divorce files must contain the following documents and
information prior to their final setting for hearing. The Clerk shall not set for hearing any
case that lacks required documents.

1. A Petition for Dissolution.


2. An Appearance and Consent.
3. When required, a waiver of the two year period of separation.
4. A proposed judgment of Dissolution of Marriage.
5. A Certificate of Dissolution (can be obtained from the Clerk of court)

The clerk of the court is authorized to release to the public forms as examples of any or
all of the required documents set forth above. The Clerk may also provide forms for
Simplified Joint Petitions for Dissolution.
