Background: Satured fat is bad because it’s unhealthy and Unsatured fat is healthy. Satured fat
can cause you high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Procedure: were doing this because we want to know how much fat is in the food were testing.

Materials: Acetone, Beaker, Graduated cylinder, Petri dish, Biscutti cookie

Procedure: Weight an empty beaker, graduated cylinder, 5g of acetone 10 ml inside. Weigh the
beaker with the food and plus 10 ml more acetone, stir, settle for a minute. Pour on the Petri dish. Add
10 ml acetone to the food repeat step. Weigh beaker and record data.
