PEORIA sermon Jeff wants to be a good father and husband to Jack and Amy. Incarceration would be devastating to their family and the relationships he has built with his wife and son. Jeff is and will continue to be a strong and vocal advocate against drug usage and distribution. Men and women his age need to hear his story of how bad decisions can have real-life consequences. There is value to keeping Jeff and his message in our community instead of behind bars. Judge Collier, | would imagine you may get frequent letters like this daily. Your decisions are very difficult and potentially life-changing. 1am putting my personal and professional reputation on the line by asking you to give Jeff serious consideration in handing down his sentence. | would respectfully request that you allow him to avoid a prison sentence and continue to counsel and mentor other struggling abusers.
