    Elettrotermochimica Srl Italy Welding Consumables, Pickling Paste ETC - Elettrotermochimica srl was founded in Padua, Italy in 1948 and until September 1985 it was part of Philips Group, thereafter Philips group ceased its welding activities, and, under contractual agreement, ETC Elettrotermochimica S.r.L. continued to produce its own "ETC PH" (trademark) products, using the technology which had been developed with Philips. ETC Elettrotermochimica S.r.l. now belongs to the multinational Air Liquide Group. Working in collaboration with the Research and Development laboratories of this Group, the company has consolidated its specialist knowledge of the production of welding electrodes for high tech industrial sectors, including chemical, petrochemical offshore and high alloy steel welding.
