    Needed!
    The clothes on your back,
    they are made in factories. Many
    workers working hard who don’t
    have a strong voice that can be
    heard by the corporation and the
    head of the companies. These
    workers obviously need a union.
    They don’t care about the
    employees. There are many
    people that are trying to help with
    this but the mill owners don't
    want this to happen. Right now
    they are making good money from Working in the factory
    the low wage given to all the
    workers. A union would help give Norma wanted to be a part of the
    everybody who works at the
    textile mill a fair wage. union because the hours were just
    to much and the pay was just to low.
