Fronter
There has been a drop in the usage of Fronter since we returned in September. Why do we
think that is?
To create an 'up and running' class area might seem, to some of you, to be an
insurmountable obstacle. So, what I am suggesting is that we break it down into
manageable areas. So, we look at developing the site a two weekly cycles. This is how it
would work.

These can be completed in any order, however, by the end of this period all these
elements should be in place. You can sticky any comments to me. We are going to provide
any training for this on a drop in basis although we will not suggest specific training until
we know what your needs are.
Scheme of work
Here is an outline of the suggested scheme of work. Although we may be going over to the
IPC scheme we still need to ensure our programme of study is appropriate and meets the
needs of today's pupils.

Teachers will use the first 2 lessons of any internet research unit to discuss e-safety and the use of
eSafety the web through the following areas - online research, online communication, online
publishing. Internet research will be linked to specific topics in each year group.
