inequalities among its’ people.

Capitalism
• The accumulation of the means of production
(materials, land, tools) as property into a few
hands; this accumulated property is called
"capital" and the property-owners of these
means of production are called "capitalists."

Multiplicity of Trade Unions
• Multiple Trade Union under same establishment.
• In India, the law permits that any seven persons
can form a union under the Trade Unions Act,
1926.
• Such unions, under the Act, are allowed to raise
disputes, file suits and even bargain with
employers.
• Workers are encouraged to form separate Unions.
• There is no restriction on the number of unions to
be registered in one establishment.
Effects of Multiplicity of Trade Unions

• Inter-union rivalry

• Lack of Commitment

• Financial problem
