    Hi Dear

    Check the file.

    /etc/hostname.inerface <add IP>


    OR
    ifconfig <interfacename> <IP> netmask <MASK> up

    set defaultgateway in
    /etc/defaultrouter

    set DNS in /etc/resolv.conf


    nameserver <DNS IP>

    then

    mv /etc/nsswitch.dns /etc/nsswitch.conf

    Now check it must be work.
