Directions for the crepes:
1. Sift the dry ingredients. Mix together the eggs and milk. 2. Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients. Add the butter and brandy. 3. Let it stand for 1 hour. 4. Cook Crepes in a pan constantly brushed with melted butter.

1/3 cup heavy cream, soft whipped 3 egg whites 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup butter, whipped 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup hazelnut spread

1. Melt the sugar in the eggw hites over a double boiler., beat until cool 2. Add the butter slowly until fully incorporated 3. Add the hazelnut spread and fold in the whipped cream
