required. The attractive merchandise are kept appropriately and changed every two weeks to
keep the store looking new and different in every visit of the customers.

Stock management

As soon as the new stock arrives along with updating the shelves,the visual merchandising has to
be updated by displaying new arrivals. Also the staffs have to be updated so that they have
sufficient knowledge about the products available. And finally keeping count of the stock is very
important. The arriving stocks need to be added with opening stock and the sales have to be
subtracted. Then a final tally is done by counting and checking the merchandise by the end of
every month. Every day stock count is done manually. Every day the products sold that day are
subtracted from the opening stock before the stock entry for that particular day.

Store supervision

Supervise stock assistants,accounts and makeovers if any. Looking after the store with the stack
of responsibilities is like independently operating the store with absolute ownership and
education to improve things.
