ATTENDEES: Ryan Jaso, Jim Thorpe, Jay Wolfinger, Don Albertson, Jeremy Gibbs and Houston Hill.

Martha
Hill and Dorothy Thomas were present for the first thirty minutes. ABSENT: Nick Sardelis and Mary Lou Keller.

Howard Folta stopped by to register concern over the appearance of the trees near the front entrance and to
inquire whether adding another speed table near the entrance to deter speeders exiting Woodland Park is
possible. On the former matter, the board agreed that the trees' appearance is acceptable; on the latter, Martha
volunteered to contact ex board president John Sparling as to feasibility.

The following matters were discussed:

>Air potato treatment via Michael Reilly: Mr Reilly has apparently had some entanglements with the IRS but that
notwithstanding, will continue to eradicate the APV.

>Mail boxes, fines and Tony Fara: It was noted that Tony prefers to bill and collect from homeowners for any
work mandated by the board.

>Lake Banks/Mowing/Fertilizer: the perennial problem of care and mowing of the lake banks was discussed.
Enforcement of regulations is difficult at best.

>Jim Thorpe presented the 2011 budget which was approved with only minor changes.

>Jim also presented detailed estimates of future WPHOA costs and revenue streams and, prompted by these
estimates, the board voted to present at the January meeting a proposal to reduce annual dues from $420- to
$370- for the coming year.

>Complaints about a recently erected fence were discussed as were plans for handling future board approved
and unapproved property improvements.

>The next board meeting will be held at 7 PM on December 7 at the home of Don Albertson (4136 Woodview).
