Sub.: Guidelines on Pay & Allowances and Other Benefits for the suspension period on reinstatement for employees governed under BHEL CDA Rules, 1975

Reference is invited to the Corporate HR Circular No.011 of even reference dated 20/02/2006 on the subject matter. The table showing admissibility of pay. allowances, perquisites and benefits had to be revisited on account of revision of policy pertaining to a number of elements contained therein and on account of introduction of the cafeteria system of managing compensation.

A table showing revised admissibility of pay, allowances, perquisites and benefits has been worked out and is being enclosed herewith.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
