The Johannesburg Law Society, South Gautong High CourtPRACTICE DIRECTIVE 3 OF 2010 SHUT DOWN OF THE SOUTH GAUTENG HIGH COURT: 43 DECEMBER 2010 — 17 JANUARY 2044 The ongoing constructions and renovations at the South Gauteng (JHB) High Court have made it necessary and unavoidable for electrical power supply to the court building to be shut down from 13 December 2010 till 17 January 2011 All court sittings of the South Gauteng (JHB) High Court scheduled or to be Scheduled for that period will be heard in the North Gauteng (PTA) High Court building, it is only the physical sitting of the court that will be moved to the Pretoria High Court building.
