1. Respondent 5, saya masih belum terima walaupun soalan pilot dah dipulangkan melalui
pos.
2. Untuk perubahan di dalam cover latter saya akan tunggu respond Dr dulu. Sebab Dr hamiza
suggest nak ringkaskan lagi. Pada saya, tu dah ok dah sebab kalau ringkaskan lagi pun nanti
tak sampai pulak.
3. Manakala, untuk questionnaire saya dah ubah mengikut suggestion dalam pilot. Dan
leadership style, saya ubah mengikut suggestion oleh Dr Hamiza supaya guna approach
Cavalluzo, 2004 iaitu dengan menggunakan self ratting berdasarkan level organisasi bukan
individual self ratting. Ia hampir sama dengan Arbernethy, 2004 (to little extent-to a great
extent). So, tak napak sangat bias tu dengan minta pengarah cadangkan pada tahap mana
perlunya ciri leadership style dalam organisasi mereka.
