This confidential material has been prepared to inform the reader about Rose Media Company (may be referred to
hereafter as: “RMC”). This material is delivered to a select number of potential affiliates, partners, investors,
contractors and clients, each of whom agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1) Each recipient of these materials agrees that, by accepting this material, he or she will not copy, reproduce,
distribute, or discuss with others any part of this document and related intellectual properties, without prior
written consent from Rose Media Company.
2) The recipient agrees to keep confidential all information contained herein and not use it for any purpose
whatsoever other than to evaluate and determine interest in services described herein.
3) This material contains proprietary and confidential information regarding Rose Media Company. The recipient
acknowledges that this material shall remain the property of Rose Media Company, and Rose Media Company
reserves the right to request the return of the material at any time and in any respect, to amend or terminate
solicitation procedures, to terminate discussions with any and all prospective affiliates, partners, investors and
clients, or to negotiate with any party with respect to the interests of Rose Media Company. No one hundred
percent (perfect) assurance can be guaranteed of any projections derived from negotiations with Rose Media
Company due to unforeseeable factors and events within the market. As a result, the actual results achieved may
vary from the projections, and such variation can be material and adverse.
The key purpose of this notice & agreement is to warn the reader that the enclosed contents are private
property and are not to be disclosed without prior consent.
It is both the reader's and RMC's obligation to keep confidential any information and intellectual property discovered during
research, recruiting and negotiation activities, as well as discussions related to potential affiliates, partners, investors, contractors and
clients.
During such activities and/or discussions, you may be in contact with proprietary information that is important to our company and
its competitive position. All information must be treated with strict confidence and may not be used at any time or in any manner in
work you may do with others in our industry. You explicitly agree not use such information other than for the benefit of RMC.
It is agreed that:
Confidential Information. “Confidential Information” means any information disclosed by either party to the other party, either
directly or indirectly, in writing, orally or by inspection of tangible objects (including without limitation documents, prototypes,
samples, plant and equipment). Confidential Information shall include without limitation technical data, trade secrets and know-
how, including, but not limited to, research, product plans, products, services, campaign plans, suppliers, customer lists and
customers, prices and costs, markets, software, developments, campaign strategy, inventions, laboratory notebooks, processes,
formulas, technology, designs, drawings, engineering, media publication, hardware configuration information, marketing, licenses,
finances, budgets and other business information. Confidential Information shall not, however, include any information which: (i)
was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure by the Disclosing Party; (ii)
becomes publicly known and generally available after disclosure by the Disclosing Party to the Recipient through no wrongful action
by the Recipient; (iii) is already in the possession of the Recipient at the time of disclosure by the Disclosing Party, as shown by the
Recipient’s files and records immediately prior to the time of disclosures; (iv) is obtained by the Recipient from a third party without
a breach of such third party’s obligations of confidentiality; (v) is independently developed by the Recipient without use of or
reference to the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information, as shown by documents and other competent evidence in the
Recipient’s possession; or (vi) is required by law to be disclosed by the Recipient, provided that the Recipient gives the Disclosing
Party prompt written notice of such required disclosure prior to such disclosure and assistance in obtaining an order protecting said
Confidential Information from public disclosure.
Non-Use and Non-Disclosure. The Recipient of any Confidential Information from the Disclosing Party agrees not to use said
Information for any other purpose except for which Recipient has been engaged. The Recipient further agrees not to disclose the
Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information (i) to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party, or (ii) to
those employees or agents of Recipient, who are not required to have that Information in order to evaluate or engage in discussions
concerning the purpose of this Agreement as set forth in Section 1 above. The Recipient shall not reverse engineer, disassemble or
decompile any prototypes, software or other tangible objects, which embody the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information and
which are provided to the Recipient hereunder.
Maintenance of Confidentiality. The Recipient agrees to take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy, and avoid disclosure and
unauthorized use, of any of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information disclosed hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing,
each party shall take at least those measures that it/they take to protect its/their own most highly confidential information.
No Obligation. Nothing herein shall obligate RMC or the Contractor to proceed with any transaction between them, and each said
party reserves the right, in its/their sole discretion, to terminate the discussions contemplated by this Agreement concerning the
business opportunity.
Return/Deletion of Materials. All documents and other tangible objects containing or representing Confidential Information which
has been disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Recipient hereunder, and all copies thereof which are in the possession of the
Recipient, shall be and remain the property of the Disclosing Party and shall be promptly returned to the Disclosing Party or deleted/
purged upon the Disclosing Party’s written request.
No License. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to grant Recipient any rights in or to any Confidential Information disclosed
hereunder and belonging to the Disclosing Party, except as expressly set forth herein.
Term. The obligations of the Recipient to protect the confidentiality of any Confidential Information disclosed hereunder by the
Disclosing Party shall survive until such time as such Confidential Information becomes publicly known or otherwise ceases to be
confidential through no breach of this Agreement by the Recipient.
Remedies. Each party agrees that any violation or threatened violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the other
party, entitling the other party to seek injunctive relief in addition to all legal remedies.

What would my schedule look like?
Most candidates devote between 2-6 hours of their time during a typical week.
Un World Life holds voluntary Organized Team Activities on a weekly basis. The schedule is as follows:
● Monday - “Kickoff” OTA via Instant Message Conference @ 7pm EST (duration: 30 minutes)
● Tuesday - OTA via Teleconference @ 7:05pm EST (duration: 20 minutes; first 5 minutes used to dial-in and
check in)
● Thursday - “Halftime” OTA @ 7:05pm EST (duration: 20 minutes; first 5 minutes used to dial-in & check in)
● Saturday - “Closing” OTA @ 7:05pm EST (duration: 20 minutes; first 5 minutes used to dial-in & check in)
Wednesday & Friday @ 7pm EST, our Show goes LIVE On-Air via Online Radio and Teleconference.
Our 1st Team Partners/Officers are awarded as Panelists for the events. (duration: 30 minutes)

Partners/Officer's Center for updates . As a team member of Un World Life, you are responsible for your own
efforts toward meeting your goals.

On-Air Segment Production: Team Members are responsible for delivering their creative media on-time
1. Text/Blog production segments can be Drop-Boxed by Officers using our “Share your own stuff” button
2. Officers can produce their on-air segment via Voice Recording, Mobile Video, Webcam, etc., and UPLOAD
their stock files to the Team Officer's Center
3. Officers can also CALL (inbound) the Studio @ 1.443.602.9836, and record their segment to Voice Message
4. Hosts (Jay/Jasmine) will routinely CALL (outbound) officers for pending on-airs (15min window)

contractors via media-service agreements and profit-share agreements. Meaning you will see a larger “piece of the

RMC provides free full interactive orientation & training, based in weekly in-depth team discussions, “hands on”
experience, research opportunities, case studies, and our exclusive “Try-Outs” Workshop-program. This is a
voluntary service/seminar given by RMC in order to help create a solid foundation for our community.
Application
Please fill out our online application/bid for consideration (only 10 questions, this isn’t a job interview, lol. It’s a life
& career opportunity! We’ll have an in-depth series of communication throughout the recruiting process.)
1) Introduction: Visit our website (you’re currently here right now!) and review our information. Feel free to fill
out an information application.
2) Information & Interview: We’ll give you access to our Info Pack & Media Guide. You’ll need to send in your
resume, press kit, or any other business history. This is the phase where both of us learn about each other’s general
goals and interests.
3) Try-Outs, Research & Evaluate: We’ll host a series of communications between you and RMC’s owners & team
members. At this phase you can submit any references and proofs of previous works. Our roster undergoes a very
competitive selection process. Our purpose at this point is to find a common ground, a shared Mission, and see if Un
World Life is the right place for you at this stage in your career.
4) Negotiate & Contract: Once both sides have reached a mutual interest, we’ll have a series of “virtual sit-downs”
to negotiate an agreement for your services. After that, you’re officially on the Un World Life roster!
WHEN do I work?
As an independent contractor, you are the owner of your own destiny, so work when you want! All of our starting positions
typically require no more than 1-3 hours per week. Our Directors positions typically require no more than 4-6 hours per
week…Un World Life’s weekly deadline is each & every Saturday by 11:59:59pm ET/U.S., other than that, work it out how YOU
best see fit.
WHERE do I work?
All of our team telecommutes to UWE. Our team members have ranged from multiple different states to multiple different
countries. RMC has literally worked alongside people from New York City to San Diego, California to Istanbul, Turkey to the
UK. We officially meet at the Un World Life – Partners Hub, where you’ll need exclusive access granted. We wouldn't be an
efficient and progressive organization if we didn't telecommute.
HOW much am I paid, how often am I paid, and how is my contract structured?
a) Contracts are given to both Individuals (Sole Proprietors) as well as Groups (businesses with 2 or more individuals or
employees). Our focus is on Results, not specifically “how” it gets done, or by specifically “who does what” within a team
member’s organization.
b) You are paid with three different possible types of compensation. (1:Prizes and Rewards from being an Officer/Contestant,
2: Sponsorship credits, 3: Partner/Client credits, *: Retainer via Profit-Share percentage of the team’s total profits)
c) All team members are compensated on a monthly basis. RMC expects team members to send an invoice for their services,
but as a convenience RMC may issue a “reverse-invoice” monthly in order to maintain an official Receipt for our records.
d) Team member contracts are negotiated on a one-on-one basis, and use the guidelines shown in our Position Descriptions.
Agreements will be entered with a set term (length of time), profit-share percentage, specified scope of services to be
rendered, cash retainer amount & payout schedule (signing bonus), sponsorship credits & schedule (signing bonus), and
Partner/Client credits & schedule. Experience, relevant skills, and Un World Life Rating (updated weekly) will be used to help
determine each contractors value. Agreed Profit-Share % is NOT influenced by Weekly Reviews & Ratings. The sole purpose is
to rate and assess a ‘team members/media partners’ value to UWE. Overall ratings are used only to weigh contract
negotiations and biddings prior to the processing of an agreement.
e) Our Deputy officers are typically compensated a Profit-Share amount of 1.0% - 3.0%, and our Commissioned Officers are
typically compensated a Profit-Share amount of 2.0% - 5.0%. Our Director Appointed Officer's earn between 7%-10%. This is
equivalent to earning $10,000-$50,000 and $70,000-$100,000 at “market value” based on percentage of a $1,000,000 Firm
within the Entertainment & Media Industries.
