11 A.M Arrangement of vehicles for visiting faculty and

staff members. (Depends of situations)

12 – 2 P.M Secretariat related works

2 – 3 P.M Purchase related items

3 – 4:30 P.M Dealings of bills and sending to SAO.

Security Guard checking (In morning) 30 min

Hospital Relate problems (According to the

situations) Ex: In Ruban hospital…..

Checking of visitors (In the guest house), based 2 – 3 hrs

on situations
