We aknowledge our beloved C.I Mrs. Ladanan for being nice, patient, responsible, considerate,

Open-minded, and easy to approach. Eventhough we always commit mistakes,hard headed,slow to

follow instuctions she’s alwalys calm and always explaining us what to do right.We also

acknowledge the staffs working at east avenue medical center for being helpful, nicce, down to earth

and also easy to approach.and we also acknowlegde the hospital for kindly accommodate us to

experience to care different patients and their cases.We also acknowledge to our client have

kawasaki desease for being cooperative,responsive and nice to us when taking vital signs and while

observing for the physical assessment,And we also acknoweldge to our other clients/patients we

handled for giving us an opportunity to help them in their cases and because of them we learned a lot of

things.And lastly we acknowlegde ourselves for being patient to our every patients and to their parents

for always explaining to them the purpose of every procedure that they need,have lots of energy to do

many task and have handled two patient at the same time.
