Appraisal setting

Hi,

As you know appraisal process/task is very much required to get specific jobs completed by employees
in the most optimal, efficient and innovative manner.

In order to achieve this, objective/goal setting needs to be done.

So that’s why I wanted to know the results that are expected out of me. Basically I wanted to have goals
setting or objective setting that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-based.  

So can you please define this objectives for me so that none of us (me/Vikrant as well as you) are vague
or uncertain about my expectations.
