Performing regular enquiries about the limitations of fund disbursement and


positioning of the branch office.
16. Arranging training for employee development on the basis of discussions with
Director Finance.
17. Directing the regional finance manager to dispatch excess funds to the head office
through DD/TT.
18. Determining employee need for accounting related training, workshops and
administering them in lieu of discussions with trainers.
19. Investigating the employees against whom complaints have been made concerning
procedural violation and taking appropriate action on the basis of the results of the
investigation.
20. Assisting the district and regional finance manager in field level building
maintenance.
21. Proving required support for bank account maintenance.
22. Taking the required initiative in solving any official problems faced by the finance
and accounts divisions of the field offices.
23. Fulfilling other duties according to the direction of Director Finance.
