Unit Title: Thai Literature; Ramakien (รามเกียรติ์)

Objectives: - To be able to summarize the main
points of the story
- To be able to write a script for a puppet show

This work (oral presentation) shows that students have the knowledge of
Ramakien, one of the Thai great literatures. The students read
and discussed the story elements. Then in groups the students
were assigned to make presentations by using puppets. The
students first summarized the story and then made their
puppet presentations. Finally, the students reflected on their learning.

The students work cooperatively, showed initiative and creativity, and most of all
took appropriate risks in orally presenting their work.
