Cover pages

All assignments must be submitted with a cover page, containing the following information:
• Paper name
• Lecturer/coordinator’s name
• Name/number of assignment
• Student’s name
• Student’s ID number
• Student’s tutorial stream (if applicable)
• Tutor’s name (if applicable)
• Due date of assignment
• Word count (this is to include all text within the body of the assignment. It should not
include: cover page, contents page, reference lists or bibliography, or any appendices)
• Signed confirmation that the work is that of the student and has not been presented for
assessment in other courses.
