STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE

Ingredients

• Cottage Cheese - 200g


• Relish Sugar - 10tbsp
• Whipped Cream - 2 cups
• Marie Biscuit – 70g
• Butter – 3tbsp
• Strawberry Crush – ½ cup
• Strawberry Essence – 1 cap
• Strawberry Slices for decoration

For the Glaze


• Strawberry Crush – 1cup
• Corn Flour – 2tsp

Method for the Glaze


Mix the corn flour in 2 tsp water and boil the mixture till thick. Now add strawberry
crush to this, mix well and boil. Blend and keep aside.

Method
Powder the Marie Biscuit. Add butter to this powder and mix well. Set this mixture
in a glass tray and refrigerate. Now pour a layer of glaze(half the quantity) and
refrigerate again. Now mix the whipped cream with 5tbsp of Relish Sugar and
blend well. Keep aside little cream for decoration. Now mix the cottage cheese,
5tbsp Relish Sugar, strawberry crush, strawberry essence and rest of the
whipped cream and blend well. Add this mixture on top of the biscuit layer.
Refrigerate for 20 min. Once its set, add the other half of the glaze. Decorate with
whipped cream and strawberry slices.
