    This is a great little piece as it use familiar tones and intervals. It introduces some very exiting new melodies which look very challenging on paper. Once the students learn the song by rote and then see what they're actually singing, I think they might be surprised and excited to learn the two new rhythms.

    surprised and excited to learn the two new rhythms. This song also has a nice scale
    pattern moving down from la to do.
