Impregnation of all rotating or static electrical machines, thermal class up to 200°C. 05.2006MISE EN OEUVRE Le vernis 3040 est prét @ l'emploi par trempé simple ou sous vide La compatibilité avec d'autres produits doit étre vérifiée. La température du bain doit étre maintenue en-dessous de 25°C Les pices peuvent étre portées & 35 - 40°C avant imprégnation. La vitesse de montée et de descente des pices est fixée & 10 cm/mn. Le cycle de polymérisation sera fonction du matériel, de la puissance de Tétuve et des caractéristiques recherchées. Aprés un procédé sous vide et pression (bobines de cuivre enrobe de mica), nous conseillons 6 a 8 h de polymerisation @ 160°C* minimum. Aprés un procédé a la continue (Goutte 4 goutte ou trempé roulé) sur du fil émaillé, on obtient d'excellents résultats aprés 30mn to 60mn & T°>160°C* *mosuré sur le cuivre CONSERVATION 12 mois & température égale ou inférieure @ 20 °C en emballage d'origine, & 'abri du soleil et de "humidité.
