    Asif Ikram, Director of F&B/RM at Hotel One Pvt. Ltd., has been issued a 2008 silver Honda City car with engine capacity 1300cc as an asset. He understands that the car belongs to Hotel One, he is only the custodian of it, and it can be requisitioned at any time without reason. He also understands that he must use and maintain the car properly, return it if taking long leave or leaving the company, and cannot withhold it pending any settlement of dues.

    solemnly undertakes that I have been issued an asset as follows

    Engine Capacity: 1300cc

    1. I understand that the asset belongs to Hotel One Pvt. Ltd. and I am the
    custodian of the asset.
    2. I understand that the asset can be requisitioned from me at any time and
    without the need of assigning any reason for such an action.
    3. I understand that I have to use the asset properly and to keep the asset in a
    good working condition.
    4. I understand that I have to return the asset in case I proceed on long leave or
    in case of separation from Hotel One Pvt. Ltd.
    5. I understand that under no circumstances the asset can be withheld by me
    pending any settlement of final dues to me.
