No. 1278, Labour, Employment, Training & Factories (LAB.I), 31st May, 2007,} PRELIMINARY. TION ‘The following minimum rates of wages as specified in column (3) of the Schedule below as payable to each category of the employees specified in column (2) thereof in the Scheduled employment in "Cinema Industry” included in Part-l of the Schedule of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act 11 of 1948) which is proposed to make after consulting the State Minimum Wages Advisory Board in Exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Cenral Act Il of 1948) is hereby published for information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby as required under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the said Act. 2.
